    Rental One is looking for (2) full-time Treasury Accountants to join our Administrative Team in Colleyville, TX.  These team members will primarily assist our Treasurer with payroll processing, financial reporting, cash management, internal audits, and insurance/risk management-related duties.

    Key Responsibilties:


    • Assist with Payroll Processing
    • Assist with periodic bank reporting
    • Insurance administration tasks such as formulating packages for bid and associated record-keeping
    • Updating revenue reports for calculating commissions
    • Updating cash requirement projections for capital asset purchases

    Other Responsibilities:


    • Review certain vendor bills for accuracy and communicate with vendors, AP, and HR as needed
    • Review and assist in researching Inventory Variance reports
    • Assist with reviewing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various aspects of the business
    • Review various internal audit reports to send to Management for review or approval
    • Conduct internal audit investigations as assigned and assist in identifying loopholes, deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, and/or compliance gaps
    • All other duties as assigned or requested


    • Excellent mathematical, investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated history of maintaining confidentiality
    • Organizational skills
    • Superb attention to detail, particularly as it relates to numbers/math
    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Bachelor's degree preferred (in Accounting, Finance, or Business) and/or 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
    • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of Management and with employees at operational facilities
