Rental One is looking for a full-time Technical Support Analyst to provide Technical Support services for Information Technology infrastructure and applications with a Customer Service approach to issue resolution. They will strive to identify a Root Cause of each issue and implement a complete Resolution when feasible, or a reasonable Workaround when not. They will follow detailed project plans for technology deployment and document and standardize repeatable procedures and support events.
