    We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative for our growing Central Texas District.

    Position Hours: M-F, 7a-5pm






    • Generate and qualify leads
    • Source and develop client referrals
    • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
    • Schedule sales activity
    • Develop and maintain a customer database
    • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
    • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
    • Negotiate with clients
    • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
    • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
    • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
    • Follow up on sales activity
    • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow-up for management
    • Fill in for absent co-workers as needed
    • Performs other duties as requested

    Nature of the Work:

    Must be able to generate and maintain leads, referrals, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.  


    Working Conditions:

    Must stand for long periods of time.  Most work will be indoors with limited exposure to outside elements.  The job requires constant interaction with the public.  May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene, and cleaning solvents.


    • Relationship-building skills a must

    • Knowledge of relevant computer applications

    • Knowledge of customer service principles

    • Knowledge of basic business principles

    • Experience in sales

    • College degree preferred

    • Adept in planning, strategizing, negotiation, and communications both verbal and written

    • Shows persuasiveness, adaptability, resilience, tenacity

    • Goal-driven and tolerates stress well

    • Organized & detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
